CURRENT DROP-IN OFFERINGS
Flow is a focused, well-rounded hour of hatha yoga. You will move through the classic "arch of a hatha yoga class", including gentle warmup, sun salutations, standing postures, twists, balancing postures, backbends, and savasana (final resting pose). You are led through this sequence breath-by-breath to keep the mind clear and movements intentional. Variations are given for postures so that class can either be more restorative or more vigorous, based on your needs that day. The emphasis here is on "feel-good" poses and sequences, leaving you feeling refreshed and wrung out.
*Pranayama (breath-work) is often incorporated into all of these classes, for any questions or concerns please arrive 10-15 minutes early to discuss with Kaleigh.
